Our Behavioral Health Counselors provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive support to help youth, young adults, and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Services focus on building coping skills, emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy decision-making. Counseling is individualized and strengths-based, creating a safe and supportive space to process experiences, set goals, and develop the confidence needed for long-term stability and independence.
Our Basic Skills Training program equips youth with practical tools needed for independent living and long-term success. Youth receive hands-on, supportive instruction in areas such as personal hygiene, organization, time management, financial literacy, budgeting, communication, self-advocacy, personal wellness, and daily living skills. Training is interactive, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate, empowering youth to build confidence, accountability, and the skills necessary to thrive.
